SHIPPING

 

Epitomoi Designs ships from Atlanta, GA. All domestic orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via USPS priority within 5 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express within 5 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. 

Packages are picked up by USPS + DHL Express daily (Mon-Fri) by 3pm PST. 

USA SHIPPING
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days upon purchase date. Orders placed are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Orders will be shipped via USPS priority or express mail. We will do our best to ship Express Orders the same business day but cannot guarantee same day shipping at this time. 

Orders may ship immediately if the item(s) are in stock. Some of our pieces are made to order - please allow 3 to 5 business days for these items to ship. Made to order items are noted in product description. 

Shipping times may be delayed during high volume periods such as online sales, restocks or during the holidays. Customers will be notified if shipments are to be delayed longer than 5 business days. 

USA SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS 
Domestic US orders will be shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail.  

To estimate shipping and tax fees select state and zip code upon checkout. Lili Claspe is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. We ask for up to 4-10 Business Days (Monday-Friday), pending location, availability and credit verification, for these to be shipped. Please note, this may take longer during promotional sale periods and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

All packages will be provided with tracking information once package is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours before tracking package.

While we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, circumstances beyond our control such as delays from our shipping carriers, may affect delivery dates.

 

  • Our shipping carriers cannot ship to PO boxes.

  • Most US orders ship via FedEx. HI, AK, PR ship via USPS. All ship with tracking.

  • FedEx Priority Overnight orders placed by 12pm PST Monday-Thursday will ship out same day.

  • International orders ship via USPS or DHL Express International with tracking.

  • International orders: any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country, and they will notify the recipient by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, if any, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.

  • TAXES & DUTIES

    Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Epitomoi Designs, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Epitomoi Designs.


    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS 
    International orders will be shipped via USPS or DHL Express. We do not offer any quicker expedited shipping for international orders other than DHL Express. DHL Express ships within 1-2 business days within Europe and within 3-4 business days in Asia. To estimate shipping and tax fees select state and zip code upon checkout. Epitomoi Designs is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Epitomoi Designs is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact your shipping carrier prior to contacting Epitomoi Designs Jewelry for assistance. If your package goes missing, we will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address.
