Returns + Exchanges + Policies

Returns:

Epitomoi Designs does not accept returns but we do accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We allow exchanges only if product is returned in new condition. We ask that you please send back original receipt of purchased item. Please be aware that due to the unique, hand – made nature of each jewelry piece, size and color may vary from photo of product.

Product Protection:

Epitomoi bracelets are known for stacking and it is highly recommended to remove bracelets one at a time. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions while wearing bracelets.

Maintenance:

We ask that you follow all rules of Product Protection. If a bracelet happens to snap, and you have ALL original beads, send the bracelet back to Epitomoi, and we will try and repair it for you.

Repairs:

If you need a repair, the jewelry MUST be Epitomoi Designs jewelry. We also must have all beads for repair or additional charges may be applied. Please send returns or repairs to:
